Holiway

Holiway in your place

A digital notice board instead of the leaflet rack: your guests scan a code and ask for what they need. It costs you nothing and commits you to nothing.

What you get

  1. 1

    A poster with your name

A printable QR code carrying your property's name. Hang it where the leaflet rack used to be; from then on it works by itself.

  2. 2

    Nine languages, no app

Your guest scans with their phone and opens a web page. Nothing to install, no sign-up, no password to explain at check-in.

  3. 3

A summary of what came through

How many requests came from your property, of what kind, and what you have earned. Without exposing your guests' personal data, which stays between them and whoever provides the service.

What you earn

No subscription, no minimum, no exclusivity: if you take the poster down tomorrow, you owe nobody anything. Every request carries a fixed platform fee, from 5 to 12 euro depending on the type of service, and half of it is yours. It is deliberately flat: it is not a percentage of the service price, and it does not change whether your guest books an 80-euro tour or a 400-euro one — that money never passes through us and stays entirely with whoever carries the service out. How your share is settled (offset, paid out, or converted into services) is part of the agreement and is chosen together: for a private host without a VAT number, a bank transfer is not always the simplest route.

About your data, in writing

Holiway is the services branch of DOLCE DOMUS SRLS, which also runs its own apartments in Rome. We would rather tell you than have you find it in a company search — and make two commitments that go in the contract, not in an FAQ: the data passing through Holiway (your occupancy, your rates, your guests) is never used by the rental branch or by our pricing system; and anyone who affiliates is removed from the list of properties that system watches. The second commitment is verifiable, which is why we put it in writing.

Let's talk

We are at the beginning and we are looking for the first hosts in Rome. Write to us: we will tell you what already works and what doesn't, without selling anything.
