What you pay, and to whom

Two separate things. The service itself you agree and pay for directly with whoever carries it out: that money never passes through here. To Holiway you pay only the platform fee, the fixed amount shown next to each service — it is not a percentage and it does not change with the price of the service, because it pays for our work: finding the right person, contacting them and following the request through.
